Martin Stock Farm
All products can be purchased for farm pick up or local delivery. Our eggs can be purchased at most local farmer's markets at the Scott Farm (Belleview, KY) farm booth!
We currently do not offer shipping.
In order to sell retail cuts of beef, we work with a local USDA inspected processor. We have a great working relationship with Trackside Butcher and we repeatedly book with them due to their cleanliness, professionalism and care for the animals during the harvesting process.
While we are not certified organic, we participate in many organic practices on our farm and like to be very transparent in the way we raise our livestock from start to finish.
Our cattle are raised on pasture at all times. They are never separated into a feedlot type space. We move our cattle in pasture rotation and grain finish our beef for a well balanced marbling and flavor. Once processed, the beef will dry age for 14 days.
Our egg layers free range during the day and retire to the coop at night. We supplement with choice of feed but they get to graze our land just like all the other animals. Always cage free!
